Is it permissible for a woman to work if her husband is stingy with her and their children?

There is no objection to the wife working if her husband permits it and she adheres to the Sharia-compliant regulations. Her husband has the right to prevent her. If the husband falls short in providing for her, the wife has the right to demand it judicially or to take what suffices her and her child from his money in a reasonable manner without his knowledge.
