Is there a statement in the Hanafi school of thought or others that permits a worshiper whose ablution becomes void during the final Tashahhud to perform ablution and continue their prayer from the point of the Tashahhud?

If a person intentionally nullifies their ablution (wudu) during prayer, their prayer becomes invalid, and they must resume it, by the consensus of scholars. As for someone who is overcome by an impurity (i.e., it precedes them) during prayer, the majority of scholars (Malik, Shafi'i, and Ahmad according to the more sound opinion in his madhhab) hold that their prayer becomes invalid and they are not permitted to build upon it; rather, they must restart the prayer. However, Abu Hanifa and others are of the view that they are permitted to build upon their prayer after performing ablution.
