The answer

The disease of obsessive whispering (waswasah) is a serious illness, and its cure lies in ignoring it and paying it no mind. If Satan whispers to you about the emission of some urine, you must turn away from his whispers, because the default is the validity of purity, and ablution is not invalidated except by certain conviction of its invalidation, not merely by doubt. If you do what I advise, the hardship will vanish. As for praying in a garment with traces of menstrual blood, there is no harm in it. If the garment is purified by washing the spot of the blood, then the persistence of its trace after washing does not matter. If a person prays and then finds an unexcused impurity on their garment, they are not obligated to repeat the prayer if they were unaware of the impurity's presence.
