Is it permissible for a married woman, after the death of her husband, to benefit from his pension allocated to her orphaned children, given that the responsible authority stopped her share of the pension after her marriage?

The retirement pension for children is a special gift to them, and the wife is not allowed to spend from it unless she is in need. However, if the pension results from deductions made from the husband's salary during his service, then it belongs to all heirs, and the wife receives one-eighth of it. The wife's maintenance is obligatory upon her capable husband. If the pension authority stipulates that the wife must not marry to receive the pension, then she is not permitted to take it if she marries, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Muslims are bound by their conditions."
