The answer

The Udhiyah (sacrifice) is a confirmed Sunnah, and it is a condition for the one offering the sacrifice to be wealthy enough, meaning its cost must be surplus to his needs and the needs of those he supports. The proof for this is the saying of the Prophet, peace be upon him: "Whoever has the means and does not offer a sacrifice, let him not approach our Musalla (place of prayer)." It is prescribed for all members of a household, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace be upon him: "Indeed, upon the people of every household, in every year, is an Udhiyah." There is no difference in this regard between a man and a woman.
