Is it permissible for an employee to purchase goods (ready-made clothing) from his own company, which prohibits such a practice, for the purpose of reselling them in his private shop after paying their price, knowing that he will not receive any special advantage over other customers, and his aim is to increase his income?

"The employee is an agent for the employer, and he is not permitted to violate the terms of the agency. So, if the company owner prohibits sales employees from selling to themselves or to other employees, it is not permissible to violate his directive due to his lack of consent. This is in accordance with Allah's saying: 'O you who have believed, do not consume your properties among yourselves wrongfully, but only [in lawful] trade by mutual consent.' [Quran 4:29] And the Prophet, peace be upon him, said: 'Indeed, selling is by mutual consent.'"
