Is a wife obligated to remain with a husband who constantly curses, insults, and beats her, prevents her from visiting her family, and doubts her behavior, given her desire to separate from him and her family's ability to support her?

These matters from the husband indicate ill-treatment, and among the most serious of them is accusing the wife of her honor. We advise you to be patient with him, pray to Allah for him, and counsel him, or seek help from someone who can advise him. You have the right to request a divorce due to harm, and divorce may be better for both parties. Allah Almighty says: "But if they separate [by divorce], Allah will enrich each [of them] from His abundance. And ever is Allah all-Encompassing and Wise."
