The answer

"Intelligence development is a scientific discipline that requires rigorous scientific studies to prove the relationship between memorizing the Holy Quran and increased intelligence. Nevertheless, memorizing the Holy Quran is a light from Allah, an important means for contemplation and reflection, and a cause for the servant's happiness and tranquility. Furthermore, the greatest geniuses in the world are حافظة (memorizers) of the Book of Allah. Memorizing the Quran is intensive reading, and reading is one of the most important factors in increasing intelligence."
