Are the heirs obligated to pay their father's debt from their own money if the deceased did not leave any estate, and can creditors seize the heirs' personal property, such as the mother's apartment that she purchased herself?

The heirs are not obliged to pay the deceased's debt from their personal wealth if the deceased did not leave behind enough to cover his debt. However, it is recommended to do so, especially if the deceased was their father. If the deceased gifted an apartment to his wife and this gift was completed and executed during his lifetime, then it belongs to her, and the creditor has no right to seize it. However, if the gift was not completed during his lifetime, it is considered part of the estate, and the creditor has the right to take his due from it. In case of dispute, refer to the Sharia court.
