Is it permissible for me to wash a paper on which Hadith and Qur’an have been written with water in order to dispose of it, and then some of the water falls onto the ground and is trodden upon, and is it forbidden to use the shoe that trod upon it, and does the cup in which I washed the paper and on which ink stains remained have any sanctity?

There is no objection to using water that has been used to wash something on which the Quran was written, if the ground is pure, because the sanctity of what was written ceases with the removal of the writing.
