The answer

Many Prophetic hadiths have been reported that elucidate the virtues of Friday prayer. Among them: "The five (daily) prayers and Friday (prayer) to Friday (prayer) are expiations for what is between them, as long as major sins are not committed." And "Whoever performs ghusl (full ablution), then comes to the Jumu'ah (Friday prayer), and prays, and listens attentively, will be forgiven for what is between that Friday and the next, with an additional three days." Rushing early to it holds immense reward. "Whoever performs ghusl on Friday like the ghusl of janabah (major ritual impurity), then goes to the mosque in the first hour, it is as if he sacrificed a camel." The rewards vary for the subsequent hours. And for the one who walks to it, for every step, there is the reward of fasting for a year and praying (at night) for a year. Scholars have clarified that the expiation of sins from one Friday to the next is conditional upon the presence of all the aforementioned actions: ghusl, purification, applying perfume, wearing the best clothes, walking with tranquility, refraining from stepping over people's necks, avoiding harm, performing supererogatory prayers, listening attentively, and refraining from idle talk.
