The answer

Muslim narrated that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, in the Ajwa of Al-Aliyah there is healing - or it is an antidote - at the first part of the morning." And in a narration by Ahmad: "In the Ajwa of Al-Aliyah there is healing - or an antidote - at the first part of the morning, on an empty stomach." Al-Albani authenticated the wording: "In the Ajwa of Al-Aliyah, at the first part of the morning on an empty stomach, there is healing from all sorcery or poison."

Bukhari and Muslim narrated that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever eats seven Ajwa dates in the morning will not be harmed by poison or sorcery on that day."

What is meant by "at the first part of the morning on an empty stomach" and "whoever eats in the morning" is eating seven dates on an empty stomach in the morning before eating anything else. "Al-Bakra" refers to the early part of the day until sunrise, meaning that the time is broad, extending from the true dawn until sunrise.
