The answer

This statement is incorrect; for ruling by the Sharia does not differ based on the diversity of those accountable, and no exclusivity has been established for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, in this regard. Every Muslim must apply the Sharia to himself and his family, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: ﴿O you who have believed, protect yourselves and your families from a Fire﴾ (At-Tahrim: 6). And he must invite his neighbors and kin to learn the Sharia and adhere to it, and convince politicians to act according to Allah's rule and refer to it in all matters, and clarify the virtue of adhering to the religion, and the glory of the nation, and the rectitude of its condition, and its victory and security because of it.
