The answer

If the Sharia court ruled that only two divorces occurred, then you both may act upon that, and the major irrevocability (Al-Baynunah Al-Kubra) has not taken place. If the husband has not taken you back, he has the right to reconcile with you. If the waiting period (iddah) has ended, a new contract must be renewed with the permission of your guardian (wali) and witnesses. If you are still within the waiting period, reconciliation does not require a new contract, nor is the wife's consent a condition, based on the Almighty's saying: "And their husbands have more right to take them back in that [period] if they want reconciliation." Marriage is a solemn covenant, and both spouses should be keen to preserve the family.
