What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding a wife who takes the furniture from the marital home and lives alone without her husband's consent upon her divorce by her own will, and does she have any rights despite her disobedience to her husband?

A revocable divorcee is not permitted to leave the marital home, even if her husband gives permission, because the waiting period (iddah) is a right of Allah Almighty. She is also not allowed to take her husband's furniture. A revocable divorcee is considered to be like a wife. Her leaving without her husband's permission makes her disobedient (nashiz) and forfeits her right to maintenance and housing. As for an irrevocable divorcee, she has no right to housing.
