Is someone sinful for publishing a video clip with the intention of advising and warning against fraud, when it contains intermittent music from a game that he only noticed a month after uploading, and the clip has a large number of views?

If a clip is published without knowledge of it containing music, and its publisher does not intend to spread music, then there is no sin upon them, based on the Almighty’s saying: "And there is no blame upon you for that in which you have erred, but [only for] what your hearts intended. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful." One should reflect on what is published to avoid prohibited things.
