It is recommended for a reciter of Surat Bara'ah or any other surah, if they interrupt their recitation with worldly talk and wish to resume it, to say the Isti'adhah anew. As for saying the Basmalah when resuming recitation from the middle of Surat Bara'ah, there is a difference of opinion among the scholars regarding this.
