What is the ruling of Sharia on the insurance money given to the wife of the deceased who has no children? Is it to be divided among the heirs or is it solely for the wife?

Commercial insurance is unlawful due to its inclusion of gharar (definition) (excessive uncertainty/risk) and the consumption of people's wealth unjustly. The contract must be rescinded. The deceased inherits only the premiums he paid, as they are part of his estate. Anything in excess of that should be returned to the insurance company. If the company does not return it, then it belongs to the one who gave it. Unlawful wealth is not inherited; rather, it is returned to its rightful owners, or, if they are unknown, it is spent on charitable causes.
