The answer

The evidence for the six pillars of faith in the Holy Quran is:

Belief in Allah, the Last Day, the angels, the Scripture, and the prophets: In Al-Baqarah, verse 177: ﴿It is not righteousness that you turn your faces toward the East or the West, but [true] righteousness is [in] one who believes in Allah, the Last Day, the angels, the Book, and the prophets...﴾.

Belief in Divine Decree (): In Surah Al-Qamar, verse 49: ﴿Indeed, all things We created with predestination.﴾.

Allah Almighty describes those who do not believe in them as disbelievers: In Surah An-Nisa, verse 136: ﴿And whoever disbelieves in Allah, His angels, His books, His messengers, and the Last Day has certainly strayed far astray,﴾ which indicates the obligation of believing in them.
