Is the marriage invalid if the husband was not praying at the time of the marriage contract?

If the wife was not praying at the time of the marriage contract, then Allah guided her, the contract is valid. However, if she was praying at the time of the contract and the husband was not praying, then the marriage must be renewed, because it is not permissible for a Muslim woman to marry a disbeliever, due to Allah's saying: "And do not marry polytheists until they believe," and His saying, exalted be He: "Then if you ascertain that they are believers, do not return them to the disbelievers; neither are they lawful for them, nor are they lawful for them."
