Is the father of a woman who was intentionally killed entitled to demand retribution (qisas) from his daughter's ex-husband and killer, given that the deceased had children with the killer?

Matters of murder and retribution (qisas) are referred to the Sharia (definition) courts. If a man kills his wife and they have a child, the retribution (qisas) is waived for the killer husband because the children are among the next of kin (awliya’ al-dam), and they cannot demand retribution from their father. As for the son who helped his father in the crime, if he directly participated in the killing, he is subject to retribution (qisas). However, if his assistance was merely guidance without direct involvement in the killing, he is not subject to retribution.
