Neglecting prayer and lying are grave sins that indicate weakness in faith. The perpetrator should be advised and warned. If the husband accepts advice and is willing to change, he should be given a chance and helped. But if he insists on these acts of disobedience, the wife has the right to seek divorce from him before having children, and she incurs no sin in doing so.
