Is it permissible to file a complaint against the wife and demand that she swear an oath that she did not commit sorcery, despite the absence of evidence other than suspicion and the change in circumstances after marriage?

Violating the honor of Muslims without a legitimate Shari justification is forbidden. Therefore, it is not permissible to accuse a woman of practicing sorcery merely based on suspicion, for illness and death may suddenly befall a person without any human cause. The questioner should resort to Allah Almighty and engage in Ruqyah (definition) Shariyah (Islamic exorcism), and it is not permissible to accuse the wife and charge her with sorcery without proof.
