What is the ruling on burying a fetus, four months old, that remained dead in its mother's womb for another month, then was extracted split into two halves, and buried immediately without ghusl or prayer?

The stillborn child is not prayed over or washed according to the Maliki school and those who agree with it, unless it cried out upon birth, based on the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "The infant is not prayed over, nor does it inherit or bequeath until it cries out [upon birth]." Some scholars, however, hold the view that if the stillborn child reaches four months of gestation, it should be washed and prayed over; this is the view of Ahmad. Furthermore, some have allowed praying over the grave for up to a month after burial. Since the aforementioned child was buried in accordance with a recognized madhhab based on legitimate jurisprudential evidence, there is no need to pray over him.
