Does the husband's refusal to have children despite his ability to do so, on the pretext of his disability, make it permissible for the wife to seek a divorce?

Procreation is one of the objectives of the true religion, and the Prophet encouraged marriage to a fertile woman. In vitro fertilization (IVF) is permissible with certain controls. It is permissible to resort to IVF if natural conception is not possible, but this does not mean that the husband is obligated to do so, especially given its high cost and limited success rate (not exceeding 50%). The husband is advised to help his wife fulfill her desire if he is able, as that is more conducive to affection, but he is not obligated to do so.
