- If the conditions do not contradict , then it is obligatory to adhere to them, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Muslims are bound by their conditions concerning what is permissible."
- If the conditions contradict Sharia, then it is not permissible to adhere to them. It is permissible to benefit academically and quote without adhering to these void conditions, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Any condition that is not in the Book of Allah is void."
The user must observe the Sharia guidelines for quoting in general. The user is not required to search for conditions of use, as the default is that websites are created to be benefited from without conditions.
