Does a wife become divorced if her husband says to her, "You are unlawful to me if you say such and such," intending it as a threat, and then she says it out of forgetfulness?

Scholars have differed regarding an oath made by prohibiting one's wife. Some consider it ẓihār, some consider it a divorce, and some consider it an oath. The preponderant view, in our opinion, is that what the husband intended by the prohibition comes into effect. If the wife does what the prohibition was contingent upon forgetfully, there is a difference of opinion among scholars regarding whether the oath is broken. Some hold that the oath is not broken in cases of forgetfulness, compulsion, or ignorance, while others provide a detailed explanation on the matter.
