Is it permissible for the people of Jeddah to omit the Farewell Circumambulation and then return to Mecca to perform it after the crowd has subsided?

It is not permissible for pilgrims to depart Mecca before performing the Farewell Circumambulation ( al-Wada'), due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "None of you should depart until the last of his rites is with the House." If someone leaves Mecca before performing the Farewell Circumambulation and then returns to perform it, their circumambulation is not valid and will not benefit them, because they have already taken their leave and departed Mecca.
