The answer

The time for Tawaf Al-Ifadah begins at midnight on the Day of Sacrifice (Yawm Al-Nahr), though it is better to delay it until after sunrise on the Day of Sacrifice, and after stoning Jamrat Al-Aqabah, and shaving or shortening the hair. The time for stoning on the eleventh day extends until the dawn of the twelfth day, but it is preferable to do it before sunset. As for stoning on the twelfth day at the aforementioned time, we are not aware of anyone who permits it except based on a weak opinion that allows herdsmen to stone for the twelfth day along with the eleventh. Therefore, out of caution, you are required to sacrifice a sheep in the Haram, to be distributed among its poor inhabitants. You may delegate someone to perform this.
