Is it permissible to describe inanimate objects and those not held accountable as "servants of Allah" on the basis that Allah is the "God of all things" just as He is the "Lord of all things"?

Inanimate beings and animals are subservient to God, glorify Him, and prostrate before Him, for worship means submission. Some prostrate out of choice, such as humans, angels, and jinn, while others prostrate out of subjugation, such as inanimate objects and animals. All of them are subservient to God and glorify Him, as indicated by the noble verses. A Muslim should come to know God through the texts of revelation and by reflecting upon the Quran, the Hadith (definition), and the cosmic signs.
