The answer

It is permissible to sell a loan to the debtor. Stable debts, such as the equivalent of a loan, can be transferred to the one who owes them, with or without compensation. It is permissible to sell a stable debt, like a loan, to the debtor only, on condition that the compensation is received before parting. If the land is owned by you, there is no harm in giving your share of it to your brothers as compensation for their debt. However, if the land has not entered into the ownership of the heirs, then this is not permissible.
