Is repentance and forgiveness accepted for a female friend after a year of estrangement without offering an apology, and is that considered sufficient for deeds to be accepted and not rejected?

It is not permissible for a Muslim to abandon his brother for more than three (days). On the authority of Abu Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with him, the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The gates of Paradise are opened on Monday and Thursday, and Allah forgives every person who does not associate anything with Allah, except a person between whom and his brother there is animosity. It is said: 'Wait for these two until they reconcile.'" And whoever abandons his brother for a year, it is as if he has shed his blood. It is obligatory to return to the relationship and end the abandonment. Forgiveness can be granted without uttering an apology, in fulfillment of the Almighty's saying: "So whoever pardons and makes reconciliation - his reward is due from Allah."
