The answer

We ask God to forgive your father. It is not permissible for a father to take the salary of his son who is in need, as taking it would harm him. However, if the father is in need, he may take from his son's money and dispose of it without extravagance, based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "You and your wealth belong to your father." If what your father took from you was with your consent, then it becomes his property. As for the plot of land he registered in your name, if there is evidence that it was a gift and you took possession of it before his death, then it is solely yours. As for what your father gave to his daughter during his lifetime, considering it an inheritance, this is not valid, due to the non-fulfillment of the condition for inheritance, which is the death of the inheritor.
