Your work in accounting and supervising laborers is permissible. As for reporting a laborer, if you know of his innocence and that he is being wronged, then it is not permissible for you to assist the employer in harming him. However, if the laborer is absent without right and is wronging the employer, then there is no blame in reporting him.
