Does one who swears by disbelief, intending it for an action or saying, then repents and wishes to perform that saying or action, become a disbeliever according to Ibn Taymiyyah, even if that action is uttering the Two Testimonies of Faith?

An oath of disbelief is uttered only by an original disbeliever or an apostate. However, this type of oath or apostasy does not prevent its perpetrator from repenting and returning to Islam. Therefore, the girl's statement: "Now you cannot bring me back to Islam, even if you wanted to, or even if I wanted to," is incorrect; sincere repentance restores its doer to Islam, no matter how extreme their words may have been.
