The answer

It is permissible for a father to dispose of his son's private wealth in a way that benefits it, because he is responsible for him and his wealth, and this is among the father's duties. As for disposing of the son's wealth for the father's own interests, it is permissible for necessities and essentials, such as his own maintenance and the maintenance of those he supports, because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "You and your wealth belong to your father." However, it is not permissible for the father to donate his son's wealth to others or to dispose of it as if it were his own private wealth, except within the aforementioned limits.
