A Muslim should preserve their time and utilize it in what benefits them religiously and worldly, because they will be held accountable for it before Allah. Some scholars have considered fictional stories that have no basis in reality as falsehood, while others have permitted them on condition that the reader is aware of their unreality, citing the hadith: "Narrate from the Children of Israel, and there is no harm." Nevertheless, piety dictates abstaining from these stories, especially if they call to what is unlawful, in which case they become unanimously prohibited.
