Is it permissible for a husband to take back his wife after divorcing her for the third time, knowing that the first divorce was conditional and she violated the condition, the second occurred during her menstrual period, and the third was given in a state of anger?

The fatwa (definition) adopted by us is that a conditional divorce takes effect, and the divorce of a menstruating woman takes effect. As for an angry person, his divorce is valid unless his anger deprives him of consciousness. Accordingly, if the husband pronounced the third divorce while fully conscious, she has become irrevocably separated from him by a major divorce, and he does not have the right to take her back unless she first marries another man.
