Will God forgive a girl who willingly committed immorality and fears that her sin will not be forgiven? And will God conceal her and forgive her if she repents and marries another man without informing him of what happened?

What is known today as a 'love relationship' between young men and women is not sanctioned by Islamic law, and it is a gateway to evil and corruption. The questioner's relationship with the young man, with whom she committed a forbidden act, is an unlawful relationship, and she must break up with him. She must promptly initiate sincere repentance by abandoning the sin, regretting having committed it, and resolving never to return to it, while concealing her sin and not disclosing it publicly. The questioner erred by informing the man about the forbidden act she committed. It is not permissible to undergo a hymen repair surgery. It is not necessary to inform the suitor about the loss of virginity unless he stipulates it; in that case, it is not permissible to conceal its loss, but it is not necessary to inform him of the reason. A sound repentance is accepted by Allah's permission, and he who repents from a sin is like one who has no sin.
