To what extent is the statement true that the snake is sent by God to bite humans, while the scorpion stings whoever it encounters?

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded the killing of snakes and scorpions, whether in sacred or non-sacred areas, because they are among the harmful vermin. An exception to this is the snake found in houses, which must be warned for three days before being killed. There is no difference between a scorpion and a snake in terms of their harm and the necessity of warning against them, and all creatures are subject to the will of Allah.
