What is the ruling on a wife refusing her husband during Ramadan due to her being busy with worship and drawing closer to Allah?

Ramadan (definition) is an opportunity for worship, and there is no harm in one who wishes to utilize it for acts of obedience. A woman's voluntary acts of worship should not conflict with the great right of her husband, so she should not fast voluntarily or go to the mosque except with his permission. The husband, in turn, should fear Allah regarding his wife, and not distract her from worship. He should coordinate with her to balance his right with her obedience to her Lord, especially concerning obligatory acts, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to awaken his family for worship in Ramadan.
