What is the ruling on the frequent emission of madhy (pre-seminal fluid) after urination, and is one sinful for considering it pure to avoid hardship?

It is not permissible to adopt the view that madhy (pre-seminal fluid) is pure, as there is a reported consensus (ijma') on its impurity. For someone from whom madhy constantly exits, such that there is no sufficient interval for purification and prayer, it is obligatory for them to perform ablution (wudu') for each prayer after its time has begun, and pray with this ablution as much as they wish until that time expires. However, if it does cease for a sufficient interval, then they must wait for that interval, perform istinja' (washing of private parts), and pray, even if they miss the congregational prayer. Maliki jurists, however, make concessions regarding this type of impurity and do not mandate its removal.
