Is it permissible to sell a cow vowed for sacrifice and donate its price to brothers in Palestine instead of slaughtering it and distributing its meat to the poor?

Whoever vows obedience to Allah, it is obligatory upon him to fulfill his vow, and it is not permissible to change it except in case of inability to fulfill it. Your father must slaughter the cow and distribute it to the poor as he vowed, and if he is able to send its value to Palestine for it to be slaughtered and distributed there, that is more befitting. Otherwise, let him slaughter it wherever it is easy for him. And it is obligatory upon us to support our brothers in Palestine with our lives, wealth, prayers, and by spreading awareness of their cause.
