What is the ruling on purity and prayer for someone from whom urine leaks after performing ablution, without feeling it or being able to control it, due to a chronic illness?

If the discharge of urine drops occurs daily, even once, the Malikis excuse what affects clothes or body from it, and washing them is not obligatory, because it is an impurity difficult to guard against. As for ablution, these drops invalidate it if they are discharged after it, and if they are discharged during prayer, one must stop the prayer and repeat it with a new ablution.
