Will a girl who sent nude pictures to a young man then repented be held accountable for ongoing sins (sayyi'at jariyah) if the young man keeps the pictures? And what should she do about her constant regret?

We ask Allah to accept her repentance and erase her sin, for the girl has taken the path of righteousness by regretting and repenting to Allah for what she did. She must remove whatever she can of the traces of the sin, as Allah Almighty says: "And We do not burden a soul beyond its capacity." As for what she cannot remove, there is no sin upon her for it, and her repentance is accepted even if the trace of its corruption remains.
