Is any modification of a woman's eyebrow shape—including thinning or beautifying—considered unlawful (haram)?

The plucking (namas) whose prohibition is mentioned concerning eyebrow hair is what the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the doer and the one for whom it is done. The people of knowledge have permitted taking from the eyebrows out of necessity for treatment, or if their hair is excessively long beyond the usual to an extent that is harmful or clearly disfiguring, as well as bleaching the eyebrows if it does not involve deception. Generally, there is no beauty in what the Sharia has forbidden.
