Does the son of the second wife inherit from the deceased son of the first wife - after the death of both parents and both wives - in terms of money and house?

The inheritance of a son who passed away after his parents is to be divided among his living heirs. His wife receives one-eighth, and his daughter receives one-half. The remainder goes by ta'sib (residuary inheritance) to his four full sisters, because they inherit in the place of their brother when there is a daughter. As for his half-brother and half-sister from his father's side, they do not inherit anything, as they are blocked by the daughters who have taken the place of the full brother. We caution that matters of inheritance are critical and complex, and it is not sufficient to rely solely on a fatwa. Rather, such matters must be brought before the Sharia courts for investigation, as there may be wills or debts that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
