What is the ruling on dividing an inheritance in a six-story house, where the deceased bequeathed the ground floor to the wife and the heirs, with the male receiving the equivalent of the share of two females, and the five residential apartments to the males and females along with the wife? And what is the ruling of Islamic law on this will?

The wife gets one-eighth, and the remainder goes to the sons and daughters by ta'sib (agnatic inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females. The inheritance is divided into 80 shares: 10 shares for the wife, 14 shares for each son, and 7 shares for each daughter. Each heir owns a common share in the entire property. There is no validity to the father's will specifying an apartment for each son and allocating the remaining apartment to his wife and two daughters, because this will contradicts Islamic law and diminishes the share of the wife and daughters. The father has no right to prevent the wife and daughters from receiving their share in the rest of the apartments. The inheritance must be divided according to the will of Allah the Almighty.
