What is the ruling on compelling female teachers in a private school to memorize the Quran, its Tajwid, and the Tuhfah, and what is the ruling on cheating in the examinations resulting from this, given that refusing to memorize may lead to dismissal from work?

If the employment contract stipulates taking Qur’anic courses during the summer vacation, then the female teachers are obligated to adhere to them. However, if it does not stipulate this, the school administration has no right to compel them, and participation remains optional. Learning the Qur’an and its tajwid (proper recitation) is considered among the best deeds, and there is a great reward in it, even for those who find difficulty in it.
