Is it permissible to take money from a Muslim woman who married a Christian man?

Scholars have unanimously agreed on the prohibition of a Muslim woman marrying a non-Muslim. Therefore, her marriage to a Christian is invalid. If she considers this marriage permissible while knowing of its prohibition, she has committed an act of disbelief (kufr). As for taking money from her, the general principle is that it is permissible to deal with her in buying and selling and to accept her gifts, as long as the money is lawful. However, if she persists in this forbidden marriage, it is incumbent upon anyone who knows her situation to forbid her from this evil (munkar). If severing ties with her is a means to deter her, then that is preferable.
